Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes order handling, delivery estimates, tracking, and how to report shipping issues.

1) Shipping coverage

We ship to U.S. addresses. Certain items may be restricted based on carrier limits, size/weight, or destination access.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs extra handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
    Delivery windows are estimates and may change due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed once a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address and contact phone at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

6) Damage, loss, or major delays

Email support@huggandhall.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
